How to reserve a party

Deposit/Final Payment
A deposit of $200 is required to reserve a party. Final payment
is due upon completion of party. We accept checks, cash,
Visa, MC, AX and Discover accepted. A 5% service charge is
added for credit card final payments. Please make checks
payable to The Enchanted Fairy Co..
What area do you service
We service the Southern California area. There is no mileage
charge for parties within a 30 mile radius of Long Beach,
90807. Destinations over 30 miles will be charged $.55 per
additional mile roundtrip, over the first 30 miles.
Booking Notice & Party Schedule
It is recommended that parties are booked at least 3 weeks
or more in advance for the best availability. Parties can
be booked 7 days a week.
How large can a party be
Parties can be booked for any size. Prices quoted are for up
to 8 guest. Extra guest can be added for an additional fee.
Discounts are available for large scale parties. Please contact
us for a quote. We will be more than happy to create a party
that is right for you.
Preparation & Clean-up
We arrive up to 2 hours or more prior to the scheduled party
time. Clean-up time is approximately 1 1/2 hour.
RSVP Policy & Minimum Attendance
You will be contacted 7 days prior to the scheduled party date.
At that time we will need a final head count. Please include
a list of allergies or special needs. Parties may be scheduled
for 8 or more guest. You will be charged for RSVP head count
total. No deductions will be given for no-shows.
Cancellations & Changes
The $200 deposit is non-refundable outside 7 days from scheduled
party date. Inside 7 days deposit of $200 is completely non-refundable.
However, we will be more than happy to reschedule your party.
Changes are allowed up to 7 days prior to party. Inside 7
days changes can not be made.
The Enchanted Fairy Co., host of “Enchanted Fairy Tea
Parties”, assumes no responsibility or liability for
accidents or damages caused during your party (from time of
set-up to completion of party, including clean-up time). We
will work to ensure that your home and party guest are treated
with great care. The Enchanted Fairy Co. is not responsible
for allergic reactions from consuming any food or beverages
before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility
of the host to inform us of any dietary restrictions. You will
be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to party set-up.
